He Fei, Vice President of CGN Ming, met with Riaz Rizvi, Chief Strategic Marketing Officer of Kazatomprom, on March 11 and 12.

The two sides exchanged views on uranium production, natural uranium trade, and new uranium projects in Kazakhstan, clarified respective demands and proposals, and reached consensus on the next action plan.

He Fei said that CGN and Kazatomprom are long-term strategic partners. The cooperation between the two sides is always based on mutual benefit and win-win results. It is believed that all problems will be solved through concerted efforts. Riaz said that CGN is one of the most important partners of Kazatomprom, and Kazatomprom attaches great importance to the relationship and will respond to CGN’s demands on existing cooperation projects as soon as possible.
